This historical 18th century castle sits within a 325-acre private estate at the bottom of the Tramuntana mountain range. It is surrounded by traditional olive groves and beautiful gardens, filled with almond and orange trees, as well as bergamot, vetiver, jasmine, coriander and roses.
Restaurant Zaranda is the only two Michelin-star restaurant in the Balearic islands and it offers a view into the kitchen, so guests can catch a glimpse of the chefs at work. In summer months, tables are arranged outside in the courtyard. The restaurant Olivera serves breakfast, followed by light Mediterranean dishes during the day. In the evening Olivera offers typical Spanish-Mediterranean cuisine a la carte. The Castell bar is located in the former chapel of the estate.
There is a panoramic swimming pool, with stunning views across the valley and the mountains. In addition, there is a tennis court and a small gym. Spa Bellesa de Claret has a traditional sauna, Moorish hammam, steam room and indoor pool, as well as offering a range of treatments.
