There are three attractive swimming pools set in five acres of lovely gardens with cool shady areas. There is also a library, a shop and a paddle tennis court. The restaurant embraces good simple Mediterranean cuisine, using recipes with an emphasis on local seasonal produce including organic products from the hotel vegetable garden. Whenever possible, dining is al fresco and there are two al fresco bars.
